The Alloggio Urbano Centro Storico accommodation is a large apartment fully renovated in 2019.
Located on the first floor of a very small building in the historical centre, it is designed to offer its guests two alternative accommodation solutions.

Its strategical position in the historical centre allows guests not only to be close to the most popular pubs, restaurants and cafès, but also close to the main offices.

Alloggio Urbano Centro Storico is ideal for those travelling around Umbria and Lazio as well as for short business stays as free WIFI is provided.

The apartment inludes two types of accommodation: two double bedrooms (one of which includes two single beds), both with a private bathroom.

A fully equipped kitchen is available to guests and includes: a refridgerator, a freezer, kitchenware and all the equipment needed to prepare a tasty meal just like at home, enjoying it comfortably at the dining table.

In their room, guests will also find an electric kettle with instant coffee and tea kindly offered by Alloggio Urbano.

The bedrooms are equipped with clean bed linen and towels, a hair dryer, a television as well as air conditioning to warm up cold winter evenings or cool down hot summer nights. All that is needed for a cosy stay.

At the entrance to the apartment guests will find a reception and information board with useful information on public transport and events going on both in town and in the surrounding areas.
